Besides being extremely light, the FIRELIGHT has the unique feature of being an "automatic" sail. No pumping required – hook in and hold on. They are that easy to use! This is what makes it a favorite of windsurfing centers like Kanaha Kai on Maui and Bonaire Windsurf Place, which use them exclusively in freeride sizes 5.5 and below.

Optimized for Reduced Rig Weight

The range was designed to rig on shorter masts than other sails in our lineup, with the 6.0m perfectly suited to a 400cm mast, further reducing overall rig weight. The key materials used are the Technora patch reinforcing and the super-light laminates we designed with USA-based market leader DP Sailcloth®. These exotic materials enable us to deliver a super-light, responsive sail built to withstand the toughest conditions.
